What Are You Contacting Us About?
A Question About an RV
Have a question before deciding whether to request an offer? Use the contact form to describe what you need to know. You do not have to supply a full vehicle history to ask a general question.
An Earlier Inquiry or Agreed Purchase
If you have already been in touch, explain which RV or conversation your question concerns. For a purchase you have agreed to, say whether the question involves paperwork, access to the RV, or collection arrangements.
A New RV Purchase Evaluation
Want an individual review of a motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel, toy hauler, camper van, truck camper, or another supported RV? Use the separate evaluation form to provide its year, make, model, condition, and location. Requesting an evaluation does not commit you to selling.
Send Your RV Question
Choose the inquiry type that best matches your question, then explain what you need. The contact form asks for your name, email, topic, and message. Phone number, ZIP code, and RV year/make/model are optional.
If location matters, share the RV’s general area or ZIP code. If you do not know the ZIP code, mention the city and state in your message. You do not need to provide a street address or VIN to ask an initial question.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, identification photos, title scans, or storage gate codes in your message. Read the Privacy Policy for information about how inquiries are handled.
When Access to the RV Is Part of Your Question
The RV’s parking situation may affect what needs to be discussed before a possible purchase or collection. You can briefly identify the circumstances that apply:
Storage facility or RV park
Is the RV behind a gate, and would the operator need to approve entry?
Driveway or private property
Is there enough room around the RV to reach it, or is it blocked by other vehicles?
RV that cannot move normally
Does it start, steer, or roll? Are there flat tires or other known obstacles?
You do not need to inspect or move the RV before asking. If you are unsure about an access detail, say so rather than guessing. The information helps describe your question; it is not confirmation that an RV can be purchased or collected.
Questions About Ownership, Follow-Ups, and Dealerships
Title, Lien, or Ownership Concerns
If the title is missing, a loan remains outstanding, or more than one person has an ownership interest, describe the issue in general terms. Documentation and transfer requirements depend on the individual circumstances and applicable state rules. Do not send sensitive paperwork through the initial message.
Following Up on a Previous Message
Mention the approximate date of your earlier inquiry, the RV’s general description, and what you are following up about. Use the same contact email when practical, but you do not need to repeat every vehicle detail.
Dealership Inquiries
Dealership representatives may contact the company. Include the business name, general RV types, approximate number of units if relevant, and their location. Each potential purchase requires separate consideration.
What Happens After You Contact Us?
After a successful form submission, the inquiry can be reviewed and the next step determined. Additional information may be needed. For a new potential purchase, you may be directed to the dedicated RV evaluation page. The RV buying process explains the distinction between submitting information, considering an offer, and agreeing to sell.
A contact message is not a purchase agreement, an accepted offer, or a scheduled collection appointment.
