Start Your RV Offer Request
RVRemovalUSA considers purchase inquiries from RV owners across all 50 states. Begin with a few basic details about the vehicle and where it’s currently located.
You can submit a Class A, Class B, or Class C motorhome, camper van, travel trailer, fifth wheel, toy hauler, truck camper, or another supported RV. Dealerships may also submit vehicles for consideration.
You don’t need to have every specification available. Use the information you know and explain anything uncertain in the optional message field.
Enter the ZIP code where your RV is physically parked, even if you live somewhere else.
Your RV details
Name, ZIP Code, Phone Number, and Year/Make/Model are required. Email and Message are optional.
Submitting this form requests purchase consideration. It does not obligate you to sell or guarantee that an offer will be made.
Information you provide is intended for reviewing and responding to your RV inquiry. See our Privacy Policy.
Four Checks Before You Send Your RV Details
A useful request doesn’t require a complete inspection report. These four points can help describe the RV accurately from the beginning.
01
Enter the ZIP Code Where the RV Actually Sits
The current location matters more than your mailing address for understanding the vehicle’s situation.
For example, you might live in Ohio while your fifth wheel remains at a storage facility in Tennessee. In that case, enter the Tennessee ZIP code. You can explain the difference in the message field.
If the RV is parked at a storage facility, campground, or another property that you don’t control directly, mention that if access may need to be arranged.
02
Identify the RV Without Guessing
The manufacturer, year, and model help establish which vehicle you’re submitting.
Some owners know the make but can’t find the complete model name. Others know the model but aren’t certain of the year.
That’s fine for an initial inquiry. Enter what you know and identify the unknown details rather than inventing an answer.
For a motorhome, remember that the chassis manufacturer and motorhome manufacturer may be different. Use the identifying information you have for the RV itself.
03
Distinguish Starting, Driving, and Towing
An RV that starts is not necessarily ready for the road.
A motorhome may have an operating engine but still be unsafe to drive because of brake, steering, tire, or other mechanical problems.
Likewise, a travel trailer or fifth wheel may be parked on a property but need attention before it can be moved. Flat tires, missing wheels, damaged axles, or hitch problems are relevant details.
Describe the RV’s actual condition. You don’t need to operate an unsafe vehicle to submit an inquiry.
04
Mention Ownership or Access Complications
You can begin an inquiry even if you still have questions about the title, an outstanding loan, or the vehicle’s storage location.
These details may affect whether and how a transaction can proceed.
You don’t need to send financial account numbers, title photographs, or other sensitive documents through the initial message field.
How the RV’s Actual Condition Affects Its Review
An individual purchase review considers more than the name and age of an RV. What matters is the vehicle being offered, including what is known about its condition and circumstances.
Motorhomes and Camper Vans
For motorized RVs, helpful information may include whether the engine starts, whether the vehicle drives safely, approximate mileage, and known problems with the drivetrain, generator, or living area.
A Class C motorhome with a working engine but significant water intrusion is a different situation from one with a dry interior but serious mechanical trouble.
Both the driving components and the living space deserve an accurate description.
Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers
Towable RVs present a different set of questions.
Roof leaks, soft flooring, wall damage, slide-out problems, tires, axles, and hitch components may be relevant. For a toy hauler, the condition of the garage area or loading ramp may also be worth mentioning.
Whether the trailer can be moved safely can matter as much as how it looks inside.
What You Don’t Need to Determine Yourself
You do not need to calculate a repair estimate, decide the RV’s wholesale value, or provide a certified appraisal to submit the initial form.
If additional information is needed for an individual review, it may be requested afterward.

Make the Optional Message Field Useful
A short, factual description is better than a long account that leaves out the important issue.
Here are examples of the kind of information you could include:
Motorhome example
“Class C starts, but it isn’t safe to drive. Known brake problem. Parked in my driveway.”
Fifth wheel example
“Stored at a gated RV lot. Tires are flat. Access would need to be coordinated with the facility.”
Travel trailer example
“Known roof leak near the rear bedroom. Title is in my name. Trailer hasn’t been moved recently.”
These are illustrative descriptions, not actual customer transactions. You can write in your own words and include only the details relevant to your RV.
If you don’t know what caused a problem, describe what you’ve noticed rather than trying to diagnose it.
What Happens After You Send Your Request?
Submitting the form begins an inquiry. It is not an automatic purchase approval or an agreement to transfer ownership.
01
Your Information Is Considered
The RV details you provide can be reviewed to determine whether a purchase offer may be possible.
Some requests may need clarification, such as additional condition information, vehicle identification, photographs, ownership status, or access details.
Not every submitted RV will qualify for purchase.
02
A Possible Offer Is a Separate Step
If a purchase offer is made, you can consider the proposed terms before deciding whether to proceed.
A purchase offer is different from an automatic online estimate. Submitting this form does not produce a guaranteed price, and you are free to decline any offer.
03
An Agreed Purchase Leads to Transaction Arrangements
If you decide to accept an offer and both parties agree to the purchase terms, ownership and pickup details can be addressed.
The applicable paperwork may depend on the state, title status, and any outstanding lien. Vehicle access and transportation feasibility may also need to be confirmed.
Free towing is included when a purchase is agreed upon. It is not an unconditional removal service triggered by submitting the form.
You can read more about the wider transaction sequence in Our RV Buying Process.
